You can raise a support request directly with eCertify support by completing the support page.

. Click on Support in the top right hand corner of the screen.

. Select the System Area from the dropdown list.Note:- The options in this dropdown will vary depending on your submission method.

. Select the description choice from the dropdown list. Note:- The options in this dropdown will vary depending on the system area chosen.

. If applicable enter the exporter reference if the issue relates to a shipment.

. Enter a subject for the issue.

. Enter a detailed description of the issue.
7
. Click on Log Support Case.
